I hope to inspire dermatologists for developing their entrepreneurship skill and allow them to reach exponential growth.

I wrote this book to inspire dermatologists who want to develop their entrepreneurship and interpersonal skills as well as achieve massive growth in their practice. I do this by sharing real-life examples of working closely with dermatologists, business lessons and wisdom I attained in my entrepreneurship journey of 25+ years. The lessonsI learned along the journey has led me to achieve success in my business and life. I wish to impart the same to dermatologists.

About Author

Ilesh Khakhkhar

Born in India, he is an entrepreneur at heart, a speaker admired by everyone and a John Maxwell Team certified coach.

Ilesh Khakhkhar started his pharmaceutical business with a niche in dermatology back in 2003 and went on to become a well-known name in the dermatology industry. Owning to his passion for helping people and vision to empower dermatologists, he soon started coaching several dermatologists across the country. In his 25+ years of journey working with dermatologists, he has identified and analyzed several aspects of practice management that are not being taught in any medical curriculum or conferences. Thus, with his vision as a fuel, he conceptualized and successfully conducted his first flagship workshop Dermapreneur in 2019 to help dermatologists realize the practice management areas that can be leveraged for exponential growth. It soon became the talk of the town. Later, he also conducted several workshops like Startup Dermapreneur for budding dermatologists and Dermafinance to help dermatologists with the financial aspects of practice. He leverages his own life experiences to advise and coach dermatologists for their growth. He believes in giving back more than what he receives and this is the reason why he came up with his first book dedicated specifically to dermatologists are also aspiring to become Dermapreneurs.
